How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their baking supplies sooner.
What is your return policy for food-grade items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on edible items such as sprinkles, food coloring, or fondant. However, tools and bakeware can be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Layer Cake Shop ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities in the near future.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your products nut-free or allergen-friendly?
While many of our products do not contain nuts, they are processed in facilities that may handle wheat, soy, dairy, and nuts. Please check the specific product descriptions for detailed ingredient and allergen information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
